Makita Mobile is a great solution for the pro. Get the latest Product Innovations and use the simple Product Registration utility. Locate Authorized Dealers and Authorized Service Centers from your location or an address. Other on-the-go utilities include calculators, FAQ's and more.


Here is a list of some questions / issues you may encounter and their fixes. You can also delete the app and reinstall from the Apple® App Store or Google Play Store.

App notifications indicating errors or failures. Make sure the device has network (cellular or wi-fi).
Home screen has this in the upper left corner: RELOAD Make sure the device has network (cellular or wi-fi). Then tap "Reload". The app should rebuild and function normally.
Application stops responding Go to Settings > Application manager > Makita U.S.A. & tap "Force Stop" See iOS: Force an app to close
Device is unresponsive Hold Power button down untill the Device Options dialog box appears. Power off or Restart the device. See iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
